One of our shutter installers was recently in Chelsea, London to carry out this shutter fitting for a square bay window located in the living room of the clients home. The customer was looking for a stylish, yet practical window dressing which would help with light and privacy control throughout the day and night. They also needed to match the current look and feel of the property, as well as perfectly match the size and contours of the bay window.
Our team created some bespoke shutters to perfectly match the bay window. You will notice that the bay window has only one narrower window on the side which had to be taken into account when bespoke designing the shutters.
We created them using out Antigua range in full height with 63mm louvres and tilt rods which are offset on each panel. This look has helped add a feeling of tradition while keeping a modern look to match the living room décor.
The client was over the moon with the installation and we believe they have really improved the look and functionality of the bay window.
