We visited this college in West London to install some bypass track system shutters we had designed for some of the rooms with windows facing to the side of one of the buildings. The client required that the shutters were a practical solution for students and teachers using the rooms, as well as helping to rejuvenate the look of the rooms at the same time. The location of the windows they are fitted to are also seen from outside the front of the college.
We created the shutters from our Fiji range which works wonders on projects like this, as they are light enough to use but also very robust for lengths of windows such as this. We used midrails to further help strengthen the shutters and created 89mm louvres with silent tilt rods for each panel.
The finished was created using Alabaster paint which suits the rooms and also gives a welcome freshness to the rooms ready for the students to start using!
